Who Are We?
Interfaith Community Partners provides older adults with safe, accompanied transportation to medical appointments, therapies and life-enhancing errands. Our generous donors and network of kindhearted volunteers allow us to provide these services at no cost to clients. ICP’s mission is to maximize the independence and well-being of older adults by enabling connections with others in their community.
